Support

Help for PVE Monitor, an independent iOS app for user-owned Proxmox VE and Proxmox Backup Server environments.

Before contacting support

  • Confirm the iPhone is on the same network as the configured server, unless Cloudflare Access is enabled.
  • Confirm the API token has read permissions for monitoring and explicit permissions for any power or PBS maintenance operation.
  • Confirm the server URL includes the expected port: PVE usually uses 8006; PBS usually uses 8007.
  • For self-signed certificates or IP-address access, enable the server's self-signed TLS option only for servers you own.
  • Use the App Store or TestFlight build for self-signed certificate testing. Expo Go cannot load the app's native TLS adapter.

App Review notes

PVE Monitor does not show simulated infrastructure data. App Review needs a reachable user-owned PVE or PBS endpoint to verify live monitoring screens. Temporary review credentials should be provided only in App Store Connect review notes, not on this public support page.

Non-affiliation notice

PVE Monitor is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH.
